I became vegan in 1999 after growing up on a dairy farm. What was normal for dairy farming families definitely wasn't normal for me. Tim and I have a passion for veganising classic dishes we sometimes miss as vegans, as well as coming up with new recipes. Whenever I go overseas my holidays really end up becoming a culinary tour, as I eat delicious vegan food and seek out recipe inspiration. I got the idea for 'coconut noodles' on a recent trip while eating at one of my favourite L.A. restaurants, Mohawk Bend.
