I became a vegetarian quite a few years ago now after it became overly apparent that animals did not need to die for food. As time went on, I realised that being involved in basically any industry in which animals are handled by humans is not a thing I was comfortable with and turned to a vegan lifestyle.

With a strong passion in vegan cooking, I met Anne through the two of us routinely talking about food and cooking in our circle of friends. We started cooking and making dishes from our favourite cookbooks together. Often, we create new menus from scratch too.
